Pensacola Bay Brewery opened in October 2010 in the historic district on East Zaragoza Street, near Seville Square. The taproom pours a rotating lineup of its own beers, plus wine and cider, with a covered patio out back. Head brewer Alyssa runs the brewhouse, and four of the beers go out the door in six packs.
