A German style Kolsch made with 100 percent German grain and hops. It is fermented with a dry German ale yeast at lager temperatures, light and slightly sweet.

Poured at the taproom on East Zaragoza Street. Six packs of Riptide Amber, Li'l Napoleon IPA and Lighthouse Porter go out in bottles, and Original Pensacola Premium Lager comes in cans. The site does not name any stores or bars that carry them, so check with the brewery.
