A German style pilsner with Bohemian pilsner malt and plenty of Saaz hops. Light spice and lemon on the nose, with lemongrass, straw and a pleasing bitterness.

Poured at the taproom on East Zaragoza Street. Six packs of Riptide Amber, Li'l Napoleon IPA and Lighthouse Porter go out in bottles, and Original Pensacola Premium Lager comes in cans. The site does not name any stores or bars that carry them, so check with the brewery.
