Rippon Brewing Company

Rippon Brewing is the estate brewery of Ripon Lodge Farm on US 340 in Rippon, south of Charles Town. Founder Jesse Morgan grows barley, wheat, rye and hops on the farm and malts the grain himself, and the brewery got its state license in August 2019 with a 2.5-barrel system. Most of the beer goes out on draft to Jefferson County spots like the Mecklenburg Inn, the White Horse Tavern and Abolitionist Ale Works, and the farm sells filled growlers. The website says a tavern is coming soon, and Rippon added a state brewpub license in July 2026.
