A Belgian-style farmhouse ale made entirely from barley malted on Ripon Lodge Farm, with hops from neighbors at Beverly Farm.

Draft at Jefferson County restaurants and bars, including the Mecklenburg Inn, Domestic, White Horse Tavern, Anvil, Barn and Abolitionist Ale Works. Growlers are $8 empty and $20 filled at the brewery. No cans or bottles and no store distribution.

Aroma
Pepper, lemon and fresh grain.
Appearance
Hazy pale gold with a fluffy white head.
Taste
Spicy, fruity yeast, a little grainy malt and a dry, peppery finish.
