Nod Hill Brewery opened in Ridgefield in 2017 and brews hop-forward American ales, old world lagers and cask ales on a solar-powered brewhouse. The taproom, seasonal biergarten and event space sit on one campus on Route 7. It has live music, trivia and food trucks most weeks, and it self-distributes cans and draft across Connecticut.
