Most of the beer is sold at the farm taproom, including 16 oz four-packs to go that can be preordered on the brewery's Square store. A few local restaurants carry it on draft.

Aroma
Toffee, biscuit and dark fruit.
Appearance
Deep copper to brown with a tan head.
Taste
Sweet malt and biscuit, a light spice from the Scottish yeast, and a warming alcohol finish.
Overall
A strong, sipping beer for cold nights.
