Aroma
Roasted chocolate, complex dark malt, phenolic yeast notes, smoke, pepper, spice, light cocoa, caramel.
Appearance
Dark mahogany, tan foam, nice clarity.
Taste
Christmas spices, molasses, slightly smoky, phenols, cocoa and dark fruit.
