A porter aged over four months in bourbon barrels from A. Smith Bowman Distillery, named for the late firefighter Walter Rice. It tastes like a chocolate covered cherry.

Self-distributed to a growing list of nearby liquor stores and restaurants. At the brewpub, six-packs of Country Roads Pilsner, German Crossing, Berlin Brown and Gandy Oatmeal Stout are sold to go, and 32 oz crowlers can be filled with almost any beer on tap.
