Smoketown Brewing

A brewpub in Brunswick's 1948 volunteer fire station on West Potomac Street, named for the town's railroad past. The 7-barrel brewhouse turns out a long list that runs from a light pilsner to bourbon barrel-aged stouts, and there is a full kitchen and a full bar. The dog-friendly patio looks out on the river bridge and the trains that still roll through town. Upstairs at Smoketown is a second-floor hall for concerts and private events that holds up to 400. A second taproom, Smoketown Creekside on Carroll Creek in Frederick, closed in 2023.
