Cans, four-packs and 500mL bottles to go at the Columbia taproom, with online orders for pickup. Sapwood also sells kegs and cases wholesale and delivers them itself, so some Maryland bars and liquor stores carry it. The tap list changes every week.

Aroma
Dark fruit, vinegar tang, vanilla and oak.
Appearance
Deep reddish brown with little head.
Taste
Tart and wine-like with dark cherry and raisin, a sweet vanilla edge and oak at the end.
Overall
A strange dessert sour that works, and a good look at the Wood side of Sapwood.
