The national beer of Texas, first brewed in 1884. Now owned by Pabst and still the cold one in a lot of Texas bars.
Where to get it
Sold nationwide.
- Bars and restaurants
- Bottle shops
- Beer distributors
- Grocery stores
- Convenience stores
Pabst contract-brews its brands and sells them nationwide through wholesalers, though National Bohemian is mostly a Baltimore and Mid-Atlantic beer. In Pennsylvania look for cases at beer distributors, twelve-packs and tallboys at licensed grocery and convenience stores, and PBR on draft at bars. In Maryland most beer is sold at liquor stores, since few grocery stores there hold a beer license. In West Virginia it is in grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations. The Pabst product locator searches all of its brands by zip code.
