Pabst started in Milwaukee in 1844 and today owns a long list of old American brands including Pabst Blue Ribbon, Old Milwaukee, Schlitz, Stroh's, Old Style, Lone Star and National Bohemian. It does not run its own big breweries; most of the beer is contract brewed at Molson Coors plants. Headquarters are in San Antonio. In the Baltimore and south central Pennsylvania area, Natty Boh is the Pabst brand you see most.
