A clear Northwoods inspired IPA from June 2025, hopped with Strata, Sabro, Simcoe and Wisconsin grown Chinook. It used a one-off Lallemand yeast, so the brewery says it cannot be made again exactly.

Sold through local distributors in Wisconsin, and the brewery has a beer finder that shows when a beer was last sold into a county. Draft is poured at the Plover taproom. Check the beer finder or ask the brewery for store and can availability.
