A blonde ale on a wheat beer base that is soured overnight in the kettle. It came out in 2016 and became one of the top selling sour six-packs in Wisconsin.

Sold through local distributors in Wisconsin, and the brewery has a beer finder that shows when a beer was last sold into a county. Draft is poured at the Plover taproom. Check the beer finder or ask the brewery for store and can availability.
