A pastry sour ale with tart cherries, lactose and vanilla bean. It first came out in summer 2025 and is back as a fall 2026 one-off.

Sold through local distributors in Wisconsin, and the brewery has a beer finder that shows when a beer was last sold into a county. Draft is poured at the Plover taproom. Check the beer finder or ask the brewery for store and can availability.
