A throwback Kölsch brewed with floral Spalt hops and a double decoction mash. It comes out in early spring.

The beer is sold across Wisconsin in cans and bottles, and the brewery says it cannot ship beer out of state. Pick up beer at the Beer Depot in New Glarus, or check local Wisconsin retailers for the rest of the lineup.
