New Glarus Brewing Company is a Wisconsin brewery that started in a converted warehouse in 1993 and is known for Spotted Cow. The original Riverside Brewery still makes the specialty and Thumbprint series beers. The Hilltop Brewery is closed to the public, and the gift shop, tasting room and Beer Depot are now at 218 Hoesly Dr. in New Glarus, open Tuesday to Saturday. Tours of the Riverside brewery are free and self-guided.
