A Belgian-style blond ale drawn from a solera, where some aged beer is pulled and topped up with fresh beer for each release. Volume VIII came out in October 2026.

Most of the beer is poured at the farm tasting room. Small amounts go to the bars, restaurants and licensed beer and wine stores on the Find Our Beer map, but releases are limited and a store may be sold out.

Aroma
Fruity Belgian yeast, pear and light spice.
Appearance
Golden with a white head.
Taste
Bready malt, fruity yeast and a peppery note, with a dry finish and some depth from aging.
