The house pilsner, made with German barley and Czech hops and cold fermented with a Bavarian lager strain.

Most of the beer is poured at the farm tasting room. Small amounts go to the bars, restaurants and licensed beer and wine stores on the Find Our Beer map, but releases are limited and a store may be sold out.

Aroma
Fresh bread and spicy, floral hops.
Appearance
Bright gold and clear with a white head.
Taste
Dry and crisp like a German pils, with the fuller hop flavor of a Czech one.
