A mixed fermentation farmhouse ale made with saison yeast, brett and lactobacillus, then aged six months in sauvignon blanc barrels, some pitched with pediococcus. Part of the limited bottling program.

The brewery says its beer is in more than 1,500 bars, restaurants and stores across Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia, including Nationals Park. In Maryland that mostly means 12 oz cans at licensed liquor stores and draft at bars. The Riverdale Park taproom sells cans and growlers to go.
