Aroma

Peppery yeast, orange and a little hay.

Appearance

Hazy pale gold with a tall, lasting white head.

Taste

Light fruit and spice from the yeast, a touch of tangerine from the hops, then a dry, peppery finish.

Overall

One of the brewery's signature beers and a good intro to its farmhouse side.
