Yergey Brewing is a nano-brewery and taproom in Emmaus, run by owner Jim Yergey and his son Matt, the head brewer. It opened in 2016 in a small room by the train tracks and moved to a larger space on Main Street in 2021. The taproom usually has around 14 styles on tap, plus local mead, cider, cocktails and wine, and it hosts regular food truck nights and events.
