Wicked Weed Brewing started in 2012 in downtown Asheville as a brewpub, and it is known for West Coast style IPAs, open fermented Belgians and barrel aged sours. The Brew Pub has a full restaurant, a downstairs taproom and beer garden, and a bottle shop. The Funkatorium in South Slope is a sour and mixed culture taproom, and Wicked West in Candler is a 50 barrel production brewery with a taproom and patio.
