White Labs Brewing Co. started in 2012 inside the White Labs yeast company, to show how yeast shapes beer flavor. The Asheville location at 172 S Charlotte St is a brewpub with wood-fired pizza, a menu of other food, and a brunch on Sundays. The beers are brewed in pairs, with the same base recipe fermented by two different yeast strains. Private rooms are available for groups.
