Wedge Brewing opened in 2008 as a neighborhood brewery in Asheville's River Arts District. It now runs taprooms at Wedge Studios and on Foundy Street, and the Grove Arcade location has closed. The Studios taproom is in a converted 1916 warehouse, and food trucks serve on site.
