Thirsty Farmer Brew Works

A farm brewery run by the Knouse family of Knouse Fruitlands, across the road from the Historic Round Barn farm market about eight miles west of Gettysburg. It opened in March 2018 after the family had brewed and made cider at home for 20 years. Seven hop varieties grow on site and most beers use at least one of them, and the hard cider comes from the family's own apples. Around nine core beers stay on tap with a rotating Off-Shoot series, and there is a heated deck and yard seating.
