The Peddler

Restaurant owners Drew and Megan Hetzer, who also run Backyard Pizza and Raw Bar next door, started pouring house beer at The Peddler on Third Avenue in downtown Huntington in September 2017. Head brewer Jay Fox runs a 10-barrel system built into the restaurant, with fermenters up on a balcony and 80 barrels of fermentation space. About 20 house ales and lagers rotate through, and the brewery is best known for its fruited kettle sours along with Bearded Lady Blonde and Silt Sucker Hazy IPA. The kitchen bakes its own buns and bread for burgers and sandwiches, and there is an arcade upstairs and brunch on Sundays.
