Ten Eyck is owned and run by a team of women veterans and first responders, and the founder named it for her Ten Eyck family. The Dutch name, said TEN-ike, means at the oak. The brewery, taproom and beer garden sit at Routes 50 and 213 across from Chesapeake College, with a Field Kitchen serving food most of the day. The list leans on hazy IPAs, foeder-fermented lagers and fruited sours, plus house cider and non-alcoholic sodas. Kids and well behaved dogs are welcome.
