Swan Brewing opened on April 20, 2018, in a 1940s auto repair shop in downtown Lakeland. It began in 2014 as a homebrew supply stall at the Saturday farmers market. The building keeps its concrete floors, raw walls and a bar made from a bowling alley lane, and the tanks are visible through glass. The taproom has about 30 rotating taps, a covered patio on Lake Wire and a food truck most days.
