Stone Silo Brewery

Don and Susan Katzenberger bought farmland in Damascus in 1992, added the farm next door in 2020 and opened Stone Silo as Damascus' first farm brewery in 2023. The taproom is the farm's old milk house, rebuilt with beams from it and from the 1931 silo that gives the place its name, and it looks out over 70 acres off Route 80. About 14 beers are brewed on site, from Silo Light to hazy IPAs and fruited sours. The Silo Kitchen pizza truck serves on site, kids are welcome and leashed dogs can stay outside.
