Jim and Daria Steinhardt started brewing commercially in their detached garage in Braddock Heights in 2014, then opened a tasting room in the historic Union Mills complex on Carroll Creek. A 2022 expansion tripled capacity and added a private biergarten courtyard running along Wisner Street. The focus is Bavarian and Belgian styles, from helles and Czech lagers to a tripel, a quad and oak aged Flemish sours. Food trucks, live music and trivia fill the week, and dogs are welcome.
