Wes and Casey Phebus opened Rough Edges in February 2020 in the old Waynesboro News Agency building on Main Street, the town's first craft brewery in more than a century. The five-barrel brewhouse turns out a fast-changing list of hazy IPAs, fruited sours, lagers and stouts, and the brewery added a dining and event space in 2024. A founding member of the Franklin County Pour Trail.
