Resident Culture Brewing runs a brewery and taproom at 2101 Central Ave in Charlotte's Plaza Midwood neighborhood, in a renovated old warehouse. The brewery makes its beer on site, and a food truck usually parks outside Tuesday through Sunday. A second taproom, The Market on 7th Street, is on E 7th St downtown. The brand leans into a playful, absurdist theme and puts a lot of weight on its lagers and Belgian-style beers.
