Red Shedman Farm Brewery

Vic, Anthony and Eric Aellen opened Red Shedman in 2014 on the Glissans Mill Road farm that is also home to Linganore Winecellars. The farm covers more than 200 acres and grows its own hops, including Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Nugget and Crystal. After a fire in September 2024, the brewery has been pouring from a temporary shed next to the winery tasting room while a new brewery building goes up, with the opening planned for late 2026. The taps run from light kolsch and cream ale to double IPA, with sweet hard ciders on the side.
