RAK Brewing Co

RAK stands for Random Acts of Kindness. Owners Joe and Troyce Gatewood, who also run a local real estate team and a giving nonprofit, opened it with downtown resident Steve McIntyre near Carroll Creek. Head brewer Branden Roth came from Flying Dog and Sapwood Cellars. There are two spaces: the Lounge, a quieter 2,400 square foot taproom with a patio, and the Yard, an indoor room with free yard games and longer hours. Food comes from partner kitchen dop, and the brewery hosts live music and charity events.
