Persimmon Hollow Brewing is a brewery and taproom in a converted garage on West Georgia Avenue in downtown DeLand. Friends Andy Sistrunk and Robbie Carelli started it in 2014. The taproom pours its own beers on draft and sells cans, and there is a Mug Club with Monday releases. It is now down to the one DeLand location after closing its Lake Eola taproom in 2024.
