Pareidolia Brewing Company opened in 2014 as the first craft brewery in Sebastian. In 2017 it moved into the old post office on Cleveland Street, with a taproom, a deck over the Indian River Lagoon and a kitchen. It sells kegs for parties, gives free brewery tours on request and has won medals at the Best Florida Beer Competition.
