Number 9 Brewing Company is a taproom and kitchen on Mercer Street in downtown Princeton. Ginger Conley and J.W. Groseclose bought the former Sophisticated Hound Brewing space in 2024 and opened it on September 12, 2024 as Bōc Hord Brewery & Bakehouse. J.W. brews the house beers, and the menu has wood fired pizza, sandwiches and bratwurst. It now goes by Number 9, and the patio is dog friendly.
