Mystique Barrel Brewing and Lager House

Owner and brewer Tom Pagano opened Mystique in Pigtown in November 2024, in the old theater building that was Suspended Brewing's taproom. Pagano had worked at Mobtown, Checkerspot, Suspended and Maryland Homebrew before going out on his own. The name comes from mixed fermentation, and the barrel program includes an Erised Flanders Red, but three or four lagers are always on tap. There is a full kitchen, house hard seltzers, live music, Thursday trivia and jazz on Sundays, and the taproom is family and dog friendly.
