Monday Night Brewing started as a Bible study that brewed beer on Monday nights in Atlanta in 2006, and launched commercially in 2011. It now runs taprooms in Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Knoxville and Charlotte, serving beer with Neapolitan-style pizza at some locations. The beers are meant to be easy drinking and go with a meal, with a line of sours and barrel-aged beers from The Garage.
