Dane and Lauren Murray opened Michaux in July 2022 in the former Rolling Mill Tavern, a 1946 log building in Rouzerville at the edge of Michaux State Forest. Dane brews on a five-barrel system and the taps rotate through lagers, IPAs and sours, with a kitchen that closes an hour before the bar. A second taproom opened at 15 Baltimore Street in Gettysburg. Hours below are the Waynesboro taproom; the site lists Thursday through Sunday only.
