Mad Mole Brewing LLC

Mad Mole Brewing is a Wilmington brewery run by four friends, Martin de Jongh, Ole Pederson, Chris Worden and Thomas Varnum. The name mixes the M from Martin and Ole with a mole theme, a nod to mad scientists. The brewery runs a seven-barrel electric system powered entirely by solar energy, and it pours a wide range of Belgians, IPAs and lagers in its taproom on Boathouse Road.
