Iron Hill Brewery

The Center City Iron Hill is the brewpub's flagship in Philadelphia, with the brewhouse behind glass on Market Street. The chain started in Newark, Delaware in 1996 and closed all its locations in September 2025 during bankruptcy. A new owner group led by co-founder Mark Edelson reopened this one on April 19, 2026. The kitchen cooks from scratch, and some dishes use the house beer.
