Hops on the Hill is a family-run farm brewery in South Glastonbury, opened in 2019 in an old tobacco barn. Owners Al and Nancy Gondek grow hops on the same land, along with tobacco and sunflowers. Beers are brewed in-house and poured in a rustic taproom, with growlers and cans to take home.
