Hinterland started in 1995 in an old cheese factory outside Green Bay, and the brewery and restaurant now sit in Titletown across from Lambeau Field. The Beer Hall is styled after a German bräuhaus, with wood-burning fireplaces, a display kitchen and a beer garden in summer. The menu changes daily, and the brewery also makes a gluten free line called Saving Gracie.
