Hillman Beer is a family-owned brewpub in south Asheville that opened in 2017. A second taproom opened in Old Fort in 2020, at 78 Catawba Ave. Both have a full kitchen and welcome leashed dogs. The Asheville ESB won a Great American Beer Festival silver in 2018 and gold in 2019.
