Highland Brewing is Asheville's original craft brewery, founded in 1994 and brewing on a 40-acre campus in the city. The Highland Station property has a taproom, an Innovation Brew House, outdoor space, live music and event rooms. Food trucks run on site, and the brewery says an in-house pizza restaurant is coming in 2026. Its beers are sold in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
