Heist Brewery
Charlotte, NC · since 2012
Heist opened in 2012 in NoDa as a Charlotte brewpub and added a production site, Heist Barrel Arts, on Woodward Ave. A fire closed the NoDa pub in July 2024 and it was planned to reopen in spring 2025. The brewery is known for hazy IPAs like Citraquench'l, and also makes pilsners, fruited sours and big adjunct stouts. The NoDa pub serves wood fired flatbreads and burgers.
