Guilford Hall Brewery

Guilford Hall fills part of the 1898 Crown Cork & Seal building in Station North, where the bottle cap company once made bottling machinery. Owners Richard Craft, Stefan Popescu and Karl Nunn bought the building in 2014 and spent years renovating it before opening the brewery and restaurant. The beers lean on German, Czech, British and Belgian styles, served with European pub food in a beer hall, biergarten and whiskey lounge. In 2024 Guilford Hall bought the Flying Fish brand of New Jersey at a bankruptcy auction.
